If I could I would give it 10 stars! All the employees are very nice and caring to the customers. The boss Lou is a down to earth person, very loyal and very respected. I have been a client here for many years, I would not go any where else. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good mechanic. Even though I didn't have an appointment they still squeezed me in to get a plan of action for my car. The most welcoming and professional atmosphere I've ever had at an auto repair shop. The owner Lou is a a real friendly and funny guy. His associate Tom is just as great. They give you all your options and make sure that their plan of repair works for you, telling you costs and how much it will take. The best part (for me at least) is that they have a cat chilling in the shop! Seriously made my day! They even asked beforehand if it's OK that he's out just in-case I was allergic. Really makes the difference when they are so mindful of the customer in every aspect. Lucky I live so close to them, but even if it was a 30 min. drive for me I would still come to them.
